Terms of Service

NixaTV provides access to live television channels and video-on-demand content that NixaTV Live is licensed to distribute to viewers in the United States. Access is provided on a subscription basis for the term you purchase.

Channel lineups may change when licensing agreements change. Where a change materially reduces the service, we will notify affected subscribers by email and, at your option, prorate or refund the remainder of your term.

You may register an unlimited number of devices to your account. Your plan limits how many of those devices may stream at the same time: two on the 1-month plan, three on 6 months, and four on the 12- and 24-month plans, on the 1-device tier. The 2-device tier doubles those limits.

Accounts are for use by one household. Sharing credentials outside your household breaches these terms and may result in suspension without refund. We identify this through concurrent-stream patterns rather than by inspecting what you watch.

We commit to 99.9% monthly availability of the streaming service, measured across the calendar month and excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance.

If monthly availability falls below 99.9%, we will credit 10% of that month's subscription value to your account automatically, without you needing to claim it. If availability falls below 95%, the credit is 30%. Credits apply to the subscription itself, not to any third-party service or hardware.

Availability excludes failures caused by your internet connection, your local network, your device, or events outside our reasonable control.

Subscriptions bill in advance for the term purchased and renew automatically at the same term length unless canceled. Prices in effect at renewal apply; we will notify you by email at least 14 days before any price increase affects your renewal.

We accept payment by card and PayPal. We do not accept cryptocurrency, deliberately, so that you retain the ability to dispute a charge.

You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the term already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

You may not redistribute, rebroadcast, publicly perform, record for redistribution, or resell any content accessed through the service. You may not circumvent geographic or blackout restrictions, which exist because they are written into the licensing agreements we operate under.

You may not share account credentials outside your household, use automated tools to extract stream URLs, or attempt to interfere with the service's operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel with a prorated refund if you do not accept it.
