Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address, a hashed password, and your subscription term and status. Billing data: handled by our payment processor — we store only the last four digits of a card and a processor reference, never full card numbers.

Technical data: IP address, device type and app version, needed to enforce stream limits, honor licensing territory restrictions, and diagnose playback problems. Viewing data: which channels are played and for how long, used in aggregate for capacity planning and to satisfy reporting obligations under our content licenses.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We do not build advertising profiles from viewing history.

This site runs no third-party advertising or social tracking scripts. Its Content-Security-Policy blocks connections to external hosts, which is enforced by your browser rather than promised by us.

Account and billing records are kept for the life of the account plus seven years, as tax and accounting rules require. Technical logs are kept for 30 days. Aggregated viewing statistics are retained indefinitely in a form that cannot be linked back to an individual.

When you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days except records we are legally required to keep.

Our payment processor, for taking payment. Our hosting and content-delivery providers, for delivering the service. Content licensors, in aggregate form only, where a license requires viewership reporting.

We will disclose data if legally compelled, and where permitted we will notify the affected user first.

If you are in California, CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share, so that last right is satisfied by default. If you are in the EEA or UK, GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management only. There are no analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through.
